\n\tNLP came to existence in the mid-1970s by the US scholars:<\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t1. John Grinder<\/span>: a U.S linguist<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t2. Richard Bandler<\/span>: a U.S mathematician, computer programmer, and studied behavioral psychology;<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\tBoth scholars were remarkably dexterous in their disciplines, yet they were overwhelmed by a sense of despair due to the dominant routine of the humanitarian sciences, and they developed this area of science in reliance upon the efforts of others; namely:<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\t3. Milton Hyland Erickson<\/span>, a U.S psychiatrist<\/a> specializing in linguistics;<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t4. Virginia  Satir<\/span>, a social scholar specializing in family therapy;<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t5. George Roberts<\/span>, an ethnography scholar;<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t <\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThey carefully considered why some people have skills while others do not have these skills<\/span>. Their focus was not given to knowing what the others do<\/span>; rather, to how they do<\/span>. They concerned themselves with studying and analyzing three of the most prominent psychotherapists at their time; inter alia, the psychological expert Dr.Milton H. Erickson. They published the discovery of NLP basics in 1975 in a two-part book.
